Surviving the Holidays (can be hard)
Grief is harder around the holidays. Know how to deal with the challenges.
Facing this season while grieving can sometimes feel like taking one step forward and two steps back. But like a trusted guide, a 2-hour Surviving the Holidays event will prepare you to navigate the season’s changes. This is also a great way to check out the longer GriefShare program.

GriefShare - Support Group
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 14-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Our facilitator
Laura Moulton, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), will lead this 14-week GriefShare Group. With 7 years of experience in private practice, Laura specializes in trauma therapy and has previously facilitated GriefShare groups. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 and Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional, she brings a deep understanding of grief and loss. Laura is passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journey.
