Where would you be without your people? It’s more than just companionship.
We all belong to certain “tribes”. Some may be where you work or what type of computer or phone you own…but what is your tribe doing for you?
Would you believe that the inflexibility of the religious people is what killed Jesus? Don’t be that guy.
When is it okay to show off the good work that you’re doing?
So many times a spiritual practice doesn’t look like we think it does. Fishing? Hiking? Volunteering? What’s yours?
Sometimes it looks like we expect it to look…and sometimes it very much doesn’t. When you start to pay attention to where God is feeding your soul, it becomes easier to do all of the other things in life…and it becomes easier to share it with others.
Failure happens. We all fail and so do those around us. It’s how you deal with those failures that matters. We may think we’re fixing things, but are we, really?
We all have times in our lives that we’d like to take back, re-trace and re-do. Unfortunately, we can’t do that. But, we can move forward.
Speaking in tongues may seem like the ULTIMATE spiritual gift, but it’s not quite that simple. Is it more important to have a rare gift or to use the simple gifts you already possess?
