Ministries & Small Groups

At the United Methodist Church of Johnstown, we believe that spiritual growth happens best in community. That’s why we offer a variety of ministries and small groups designed to meet you where you are—whether you're looking to serve, study, heal, or simply connect with others on the journey of faith.

Our ministries include opportunities for all ages, from Vacation Bible School and Youth Group to Music Ministry, Adult Sunday School, and Disaster Relief. We also support families through our Preschool and Sunday School programs.

For deeper connection and ongoing support, our small groups offer space to share life, explore Scripture, and encourage one another. These include Compass Groups, Grief Share, Pastor’s Bible Study, Thumb’s Bible Study, and the Working Age Men’s Group.
