Nursery Worker
(Sundays, Starting August 2025)
Seeking a part-time Nursery Worker for UMC Johnstown. They will be responsible for nursery care during Sunday morning service and typically be paired with a youth volunteer.
Job Duties:
- Primary staff for the nursery area on Sunday mornings (9-11 am) for Sunday morning worship.
- Care for children ages 0-3.
- Help coordinate Youth Volunteers with other church staff.
- Make recommendations to improve the nursery area.
Requirements & Salary:
- Ability to pass background check
- CPR & First Aid certified or willingness to get certified
- 16+ years of age
- Previous experience a plus
Pay: $35 per Sunday (Up to 2 hours)
Reports to: Kariann Bandy, Children's Ministry Director.
